| The Singing Men of South Texas is made up of Ministers of Music from Baptist Churches in South Texas. Additionally, we also have some other church staff and church musicians that are a part of our group. Each year, we sing one concert a month one of our member’s churches. So, basically, if you are a member of the group, you can invite the group to sing at your church. Each April – May, we review the requests and work out a schedule for the next concert year, August through May.
This year, we are also considering other special opportunities to sing in locations where we don’t already have members. So, if there aren’t enough requests from our members for the next year, or you present an opportunity that is just too good for us to miss, we might be able to schedule a visit to your area.
I have attached a copy of the schedule request (below) so you can see what is required. If you don’t have a member sponsor, it might be a good idea to attach a note describing your desire for the group to sing in your area to help explain why it’s an opportunity we can’t miss!
